Troubleshooting the Continuous Dynamic Plugin for Jira Data Center
The most common issue encountered is when, after starting the integration, no Issues are generated.
In most cases, this is caused by the selected Assignee not having adequate privileges to create that issue. To verify this, you can manually create an example issue in the Jira project.
For easy troubleshooting of other issues, the Plugin has been set up to generate verbose debugging. This can be viewed by going to the Jira log folder and pulling data from the atlassian-jira.log
file. The verbosity of the log files generated can be configured in the Jira log configurations.
