Application Overview Tab

The Application Overview tab displays basic information for the application selected.

To access and use the Application Overview tab, perform the following steps:

From the Continuous Dynamic Portal menu, select Assets. This displays the Asset Management page.
Select a Site from the asset list Asset Management page.(Not annotated)
From the tabs displayed, select the Overview tab.

Field No.	Field Name	Editable	Description
4	Edit	N/A	Clicking this enables the user to edit some of the fields presented in the Overview tab. Only fields marked as editable in this table can be edited.
5	Delete	N/A	Only user accounts with associated Administrator privileges are able to see this option. Clicking this enables assets to be deleted.
6	Application Name	Yes	This is the name associated with this application.
7	Continuous Dynamic Asset ID	No	The unique asset ID associated with this site by Black Duck.
8	Custom Asset ID	Yes	Optional ID associated with this site. It’s displayed in reports in parentheses after the Application Name.
9	Asset Owner	Yes	The Portal user who is assigned as the owner of this site, if any.
10	Asset Phase	Yes	This may be pre-production, production, discontinued, or none.
11	Language	Yes	The language in which the application is written. If 'Discover' is selected, Sentinel Source will attempt to determine the language.
12	Service Level	No	This will indicate whether this application is using an SE, EE, or SCA license. For additional information on service levels, please click here.
13	License Type	No	This field is usually blank. For customers that purchased SMLE (Small, Medium, Large, or Extra-Large) licenses, the license type is displayed here.
15	Satellite Name	Yes	The name of the satellite used by this site, if any.
16	Satellite Status	No	The connection status of the appliance used by this site, if any.
17	Users with Access	No	A link to a list of users who have permissions for this site in the Portal.
18	Timezone	No	The time zone associated with the site. Note that this affects the scan schedule; scanning scheduled for particular hours will begin and end based on this time zone.
19	Codebase(s)	No	The codebases section lists each codebase associated with this application, including the repository type, the URI path, and connection status.
19a	Add New Codebase	Yes	To add a new codebase, click on the blue Add New Codebase link text.
19b	Delete Codebase	Yes	To delete a codebase click on the bin/trash icon next to the codebase information.
